Harp lessons in Windsor, Slough and online

I teach the harp to children and adults, from complete beginners to diploma level, in person at my home or I can come to your home if near Windsor and Slough. I trained at the Royal Academy of Music with Catrin Finch, hold the Diploma of the Royal Academy of Music, and grew up learning the harp through the medium of Welsh, so lessons can be in English or Welsh.

Who I teach

Beginners of any age who have never touched a harp. Pianists and other musicians adding a second instrument. Students preparing for ABRSM or Trinity grades, GCSE and A level performances, and conservatoire auditions. Adults returning to music who want a patient, structured teacher.

How lessons work

Lessons are 30, 45 or 60 minutes, weekly or fortnightly, during term time. Beginners can start on a lever harp, and I can advise on hiring an instrument, so you do not need to buy one before you know you love it.

Prices

Please enquire for pricing. I take on a small number of students at a time so that each one has my full attention between lessons as well as during them.

What parents say

"Anna is an excellent teacher in ways that she communicates with my daughter, explains things, and how patient she is. My daughter really enjoys her classes! I would very much recommend Anna!"

Workshops and schools

I also lead harp and music workshops in schools, care homes and community settings, including sessions for Live Music Now. "There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe how wonderful Anna's session was." Longspee Secondary School, Bournemouth, June 2025.
