My sister Phoebe painted me a picture for my debut single, Ar Lan y Môr. Using this image, I created postcards and on the back, I have listed the titles of the pieces I played at the first concert I organised to celebrate the upcoming release of my debut album.

I love all the different aspects to sending and receiving postcards: reflecting on an event/holiday and putting pen to paper; the intention behind buying a stamp and walking to the nearest letterbox; the anticipation while I wait to hear from the recipient; the happy feeling you get when you receive something nice in the post from someone rather than just a black and white bill!

Sending postcards is one way that helps me slow down which feels like a small act of resistance in this fast-paced world we live in. So, join me in my love for writing a postcard and try it yourself!
